Shipping policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, provided that we have the item in stock. Your purchases are shipped via International Priority airmail from Finland. Please, allow 3-14 business days for delivery. However, please, bear in mind that this is only an estimate, and it may take longer to deliver your package, depending on your exact location. We should not be held liable for any disruptions of postal operations, including such uncontrollable reasons as natural disasters, strikes, and other force majeure situations.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

We can ship to an address different from your billing address. However, we do not gift wrap your purchases at this time.

Our green policy

We use protective packaging to ensure that your purchases arrive safely. However, apart from that, we do not use any item packaging, nor do we send extra paper with your order. By doing so, we try to reduce the package weight and hence transportation costs and the negative impact on the environment. If you would like to see your invoice, an electronic copy of it is available in your account. To access it, log in using your e-mail address and password (which you created while placing your first order).

 

Returns and refunds

We are committed to providing great products and customer service, and our major concern is to maintain a good relationship with our customers. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery and receive a replacement or a full refund (excluding the shipping costs). We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or if the products you ordered are faulty.

To initiate a return, please, access the “Merchandise returns” section of Your account and request an MRA (merchandise return authorisation). Please, specify whether you would like a replacement or refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

In the event of loss, or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not available, the goods need not be returned but a full refund will be issued.
