Ordering with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome Browsers.  Some versions of Internet Explorer and Google Chrome have a security problem that makes the redirection and payment from our payment service (PayPal) not function correctly without making some small changes.  For Internet Explorer you need to change one seeting, please watch this video for easy instructions: http://youtu.be/GkZluocRboA.  Google Chrome browsers have a similar problem but require you to just click the “shield” icon in thr address bar and allow the blocked conent.  You can watch this video for how to do it and more information: http://youtu.be/EO8-8PKUVWI.  Any other problems with ordering, please send us an email at support@radrr.com. 


What can I use a radrr case for?

radrr cases were created for two purposes: 1) as a fashionable insulin pump case and 2) as a mobile device case. The size of the case just happens to be perfect for most insulin pumps and at the same time for nearly all mobile devices including mobile phones and MP3 players. It is our mission to create fun, stylish and cool cases that kids can be proud of, whether that is for the insulin pump or for a mobile device. We want people to see them and say “Wow, where did you get that!”


Will you have other designs in the future?

We will have new designs coming all the time and some of our designs will be limited issue designs, so it is best to get your favorites as soon as they come out! We are constantly looking for new ideas that will set our cases apart from the others on the market, as well as new and interesting ways to carry your insulin pump or mobile device. What are your cases made of and what features do they have?

We use high quality fabrics made of 20% Polyester and 80% Nylon. This fabric is similar to rip-stop nylon in texture and durability. It is soft and silky to the the touch and provides a high degree of protection for your insulin pump or mobile device. The whole case is padded to make carrying your devices safer. This is a high quality product, equal to the best mobile phone cases on the market.

The flap pocket has a Velcro hook and loop closure providing for ease of opening with a secure closure. On the back we use a zippered pocket providing a secure space to hold pump extras, our cooling pads, blood glucose strips, money, credit cards, headphones, or other things that you want to keep secure.

Under the front flap is an open pocket that is covered by the flap. This pocket we have found is perfect for keeping little pieces of paper to wipe the finger pricks or even you finger poker. It also serves as a good place for a second Techni Ice pod for added cooling/warming.


Where does the name radrr come from?

radrr simply means “more rad or more radical.” The name was chosen to be easy to remember and also to convey what we are trying to accomplish here–which is to make insulin and mobile bags more fun.


Is your site secure for payments?

Our site is SSL secured so you are safe when you use your credit card and when you enter your personal data. SSL is the industry standard in encryption and is used by all the major online shoping sites.

We ship worldwide.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes. In fact, we advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, provided that we have the item in stock. Your purchases are shipped via International Priority airmail from Finland. Please, allow 3-14 business days for delivery. However, please, bear in mind that this is only an estimate, and it may take longer to deliver your package, depending on your exact location.

How do you package your items?
We use protective packaging (e.g. bubble mailers) to ensure that your purchases arrive safely. Apart from that, we do not use any item packaging, nor do we send extra paper or invoices with your order. By doing so, we try to reduce the package weight and hence transportation costs and the negative impact on the environment. We do not offer gift wrapping.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We are committed to providing great products and customer service, and our major concern is to maintain a good relationship with our customers. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery and receive a replacement or a full refund (excluding the shipping costs). We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or if the products you ordered are faulty.
To initiate a return, please, access the “Merchandise returns” section of Your account and request an MRA (merchandise return authorisation). Please, specify whether you would like a replacement or refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
In the event of loss, or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not available, the goods need not be returned but a full refund will be issued.
